We understand that plans can change. Our policy is simple and fair:
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to adjust.

For airport collections, we track your flight and include up to 45 minutes of waiting time after landing.
After that, waiting time may be charged at our standard rate.
If you leave something behind, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll make every effort to locate and return lost items quickly.
Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
Any damage or soiling that requires professional cleaning (e.g. spills or sickness) may be charged to the passenger or account holder.
We only collect personal information necessary to manage your booking.
